Tree Topper Adventure Park
Opening May 1st 2015 by reservation!
Our Tree Topper course, an Adventure Park in the sky, spans high in the trees and offers adventurers a variety of obstacles: from a monkey bridge to skateboarding on wires, from cargo net climbing to 14 ziplines, one of which spans 410 feet across a beautiful brook.
In the heart of the Annapolis Valley, Upper Clements Amusement park opened its doors in 1989 and has since been one of Atlantic Canada's top tourism destinations. The amusement park stands on 75 acres and features over 30 rides and attractions which bring over 70,000 people every year.
Upper Clements is the only park in Atlantic Canada that features a Flume ride (the Sissiboo Sizzler), and is the proud home of the only wooden roller coaster in Atlantic Canada, the Tree Topper roller coaster.

Regular season starts June 27th open daily from 11am to 7pm.
St. Margaret's Centre has a wonderful, heated, outdoor pool. It has four lanes and is a great place to go for a swim during open and family swim times. Red Cross group and private lessons are available during July and August.
Located in Colby Village, the Cole Harbour Outdoor Pool offers swimming lessons, life saving training, diving and synchronized swimming lessons, and waterpool training. There are also daily open swims in the afternoon and evening.
The pool is also home of the Colby Sailfish Swim Team.
Located on Shore Drive in Bedford, this pool offers lap swimming, private swim lessons and open swims for families, and parents and tots.
Commons Outdoor Pool
The Central Commons wading pool is operated by HRM and is located near Cogswell Street in the Common, Halifax's most central green space. The pool is lifeguard supervised.
With four maintained locations in HRM, splash pads are a quick, easy, and fun way to cool off during the warm summer months.
Splash pads offer the perfect balance of decorative fountain and traditional playground to create a fun water experience for kids and adults alike.

For the past 13 years, on Friday nights from mid-July to the end of August, the Atlantic Film Festival has delivered an entertaining outdoor film experience throughout the Halifax – a larger-than-life inflatable screen showing classic movies under the open sky. With as many as 2000+ movie-goers coming together for each screening – all toting their lawn chairs, blankets, picnics and favourite company – this open-air cinema has a unique festival atmosphere that must be experienced first-hand.
Located in Cambridge, NS, the Valley Drive in is one of the few remaining drive in theatres. To get there, take exit 14 off Highway 101 towards Berwick, travel approx. 6 km. Drive-in is located on the left.
